This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Services: Routine exams/checkups, X-rays, cleanings, sealants, minor extractions, fillings, denture adjustments and fittings Patient Eligibility: People without dental insurance or those who have insurance through the Keystone Mercy health plan or the state's Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) are eligible. Fees: Fees are based on a sliding fee scale, incorporating individual income and household size. Area Served: North Penn, Souderton and Wissahickon School Districts   Four days per week, 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
