Payment: FHCHC is a federally-qualified health center (FQHC) and provides care regardless of your ability to pay.  They offer a sliding fee scale for patients that are not eligible for health insurance. Staff is available to discuss payment options if you cannot afford your care. Dental Clinic Services: - Exams - Cleanings - X-Rays - Fluoride treatments - Sealants (to prevent cavities) - Fillings - Extractions (if needed) Fair Haven Community Health Center’s dental professionals are happy to offer a full range of preventative and restorative care to children and families.  As a Federally Qualified Health Center, all dental services are available to residents, regardless of their insurance status or ability to pay. Accept Medicaid and private insurance, as well as a sliding-fee scale for uninsured patients.
