Cornell Scott-Hill Health Center is a federally qualified community health center established in 1968 in a collaboration between the community and Yale School of Medicine. The first community health center in Connecticut, the Cornell Scott-Hill Health Center has a long history of serving New Haven neighborhoods, which are among the poorest in the State. Cornell Scott-Hill Health Center also provides health care services to those from the City of West Haven and towns in the Lower Naugatuck Valley, Ansonia, Derby, Seymour, Shelton, Naugatuck and Oxford.   Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday 8:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Saturday 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
